The Simple House Rules

KDM United Philippines follows a very simple set of rules and guidelines to ensure that we all have a positive and friendly place to post and share ideas about our love for Korean made cars. To this end, we WILL NOT tolerate angry, confrontational, or hateful members, axe-grinders, or mud-slingers. If you are here to belittle another member, post knowlingly false and/or defamatory information about another member, or are not inclined to engage in positive, friendly discussion, WE DON'T WANT YOU HERE, and you will be banned. Our best advice therefore, is that you all "govern yourselves accordingly."

Board Membership

KDM United Philippines is a private group of friends and enthusiasts. Although we may be web based, our membership is NOT open to just anyone. Please be guided that entrance into our forums is a privilege. If you want in, you first have to know the people inside to begin with. Join a few of our GT's and then we'll grant you access to enter.


Responsibility of Messages:

Considering the real-time nature of this bulletin board, it is impossible for us to review all the messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that although we will try to monitor the contents of posted messages we will not be held responsible for any messages posted. To this end, we do not and will never vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message posted on this message board.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board or any entity associated with this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by private message. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.


Posting of Materials and Manner of Posting

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.

Additionally, all posts must be made in complete English and or Filipino (as well as any derivation of the two). Text speak is consequently not allowed, as it makes it difficult for people other than yourself to read. Lets make things easier on all of us. The keyboard has an abundance of keys unlike a cellphone, lets use them. Also, refrain from POSTING IN ALL CAPS for topic titles at the very least. In paragraph messages my include some ALL CAPS but must be kept to a minimum. The smiles provided are more than enough to put emphasis to your posts don't you think?

Although this bulletin board does not and cannot review the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we at this bulletin board reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this bulletin board and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

We at this bulletin board also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
